Nixon Yebei

Managing Partner / Chief Executive

Nixon Yebei is the Managing Partner/Chief Executive at PeakInsights and is in charge of providing overall leadership to the organization. He is a management and entrepreneurship expert with bias in strategy consulting, systems strengthening, organizational performance improvement and leadership development. He has over 10 years of multi-faceted experience, working and consulting for different local and global organizations. He has proven track record of delivering pragmatic and effective business solutions and strategies geared towards business transformation and excellence.  

His professional experience is supported by a strong academic background with a master’s degree in Business from Strathmore University, Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Moi University as well as an advanced professional certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.

Janet Kipkulei

Accounting/Tax & Audit Partner

Janet Kipkulei is the Partner in charge of Accounting Services, Tax and Audit at PeakInsights. She has over 10 years of experience spanning financial management, general management and consulting in both commercial and Not for Profit Organizations. She possesses a wealth of experience that spans across several competencies including financial management & reporting, accounting operations, auditing, strategy consulting, development of operational manuals, training and capacity building.

Mrs. Kipkulei also serves as a mentor and she is passionate about mentorship and good leadership. She currently mentors young women at Emerging Leaders Foundation, some of whom are in various leadership positions in their organizations.

Her professional experience is supported by a strong academic background with a masters in Finance & Investment Analysis and a Bachelors’ degree in Finance both from the University of Nairobi. Janet is also a Certified Public Accountant and has a professional certificate in Strategic Leadership & Governance from the Pan African Christian University.

Diana Achoka

Commercial Lead

Diana Achoka is the Commercial lead at PeakInsights, in charge of business development, strategic partnerships, communication and customer experience. She is an experienced banker from Nairobi, Kenya. During her stance working at Stanbic Bank Kenya, she earned accreditation by Standard Bank of South Africa for competency and consistency in advanced financial analysis and lending in corporate banking. She is passionate about economic empowerment for developing nations through entrepreneurship.

She holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from United States International University. She is an active member of the East Africa Loans Market Association an organization whose key objective is improving liquidity, efficiency and transparency in the primary and secondary syndicated loan markets.

When not working she enjoys traveling, reading and community work.

Cammonde Andunga

Leadership Development / M & E

Cammonde Andunga is an accomplished professional with specialties in Systems Strengthening, Sustainability strategy, Monitoring & Evaluation, Resource Mobilization and leadership development.  

He has 9 years of multi-faceted experience, working and consulting for different organizations. His proven track record makes him an invaluable resource to the team. He has been able to deliver effective solutions and strategies geared towards business transformation.   

His professional experience is supported by a strong academic background with two masters in Governance and Divinity both from Africa Nazarene University, Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Maseno University in addition to several certifications in leadership

Elijah Yegon

Operations Lead

Elijah Yegon is passionate about service excellence and he boasts of immense experience cutting across several competencies including sales, market analysis & forecasting, relationship management, strategy formulation as well as project management.

His professional experience is supported by a strong academic background with a Masters in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelors’ degree in Economics and Statistics from Kenyatta University.

Timothy Kosgei

Business Designer

Timothy is an accomplished Business Designer with PeakInsights, with expertise in strategy consulting and organizational performance improvement. He has deep knowledge working and helping clients turn around their businesses, with experience from local and multinational corporations. He has successfully delivered effective business solutions to clients in different economic sectors.  

He has a degree in Engineering from JKUAT University and he is currently pursuing post graduate qualification in business from Strathmore University.

Nicholas Njeru

Business Designer

Nicholas Njeru is an accomplished Business Designer with expertise in Accounting, Tax and business process re-engineering.

With over 10 years’ experience, he has been involved in branch roll out and scaling up of mobile banking adoption as well as Agency bank roll out while working with Equity Bank.

He has also worked and consulted with blue chip firms in various accounting functions including asset verification, accounts payables and tax.  

Njeru holds a BCom degree from Catholic University of East Africa and ACCA and CISA certifications from Strathmore University
